Meet the Dentist!
Dr. Amir Saz has been a respected dentist in the South Bay neighborhood for over 22 years, and for good reasons, his educational background and memberships of several prestigious Dental Societies, his involvement in research to better his education and the education of others, and most of all the love, respect, and care he gives to his patient. It’s a true reflection of Dr. Amir’s true love of his occupation and dentistry.
He is well known for his gentle and creative touch. He enjoys helping each of his patients improve their health, appearance and self-esteem by creating the smile of their dreams, while also maintaining the health and function of their teeth, gums and bite.
He has treated many children in our Los Angeles County, as well as, Hawthorne, Gardena, Lawndale, Torrance, Palos Verdes, and Moneta, and streaching out into Orange County communities. Many children whom are now parents themselves and their children are now under the dental care of Dr. Amir Saz and his staff at Gardena Dental Group.
Amir Saz, D.D.S earned his DDS, Doctor of Dental Surgery, from Georgetown University, school of Dentistry, Washington DC. His academic track record and sincere commitment to his patient’s well being, only shows his “Excellence” in everything he does.
Dr. Saz graduated in top of his class in clinical operative and completes over hundred units of continuing education credits every two years to assure he brings the latest technology and science that would best suit our community. 
Not just focused on dentistry, Dr. Saz, played soccer for the 1980 U.S. Select team. A game he continues to enjoy to this day and now is a member of the US Medical Soccer Team, on the 1st ever international medical world cup.
The United States Medical Soccer Team (USMST) is an organization dedicated to bringing together medical professionals from across the US who share a passion for soccer. By representing the United States in the annual World Medical Football Championship and meeting regularly at locations across the country, the USMST is committed to soccer excellence, continuing medical education, professional advancement, community service and charity.
